Northwest style Orca whale in all it;s glory. Sterling silver necklace depicts a diving killer whale (Orca) done in the round. 1" tall plus bail. The orca is emblematic of the Northwest coast. According to legend, a supernatural white wolf transformed himself into a killer whale. Their pack behavior and similar predatory tendencies also link these animals. The Orca is an important family crest to native people and considered to be physically and spiritually powerful. Design by Paul Wagner.
